My Haircut

The year was 2008, I believe; I went to a barbershop to get a haircut. I used to have thick hair back then.

The moment I stepped inside, the guy (The Barber) looked at my hair as if he had just seen the 9th Wonder of the World.

Seemingly amused, the guy welcomed me with these words

“Sir, you got lots of hair but I’m not going to charge you extra for that, I will just charge you the normal rate.”

Seriously? You can get charged extra for having thick hair. I had never heard that kind of logic before.

I was like “Oh man, you are a great person!! I’m not going to forget your kindness for the rest of my life”

Anyway, it barely took him 5 minutes to cut my hair (# 4 all over).

Fast forward 13 years later, and now that I have lost almost 25 % of my hair since then, I’m thinking of going back to that same barber and asking for a 25% discount based on that same funny logic

How does that sound? Funny or fair?
